About Ricky
Ricky was born and raised in Seattle, WA. He started working in radio in Spokane, WA at age 18 right after he graduated High school and has had a passion for commercial radio ever since. He evolved into On-Air weekends / Street Team Leader at KEZE (Wired 96.9) in Spokane and then moved back to his home in Seattle working for KQMV (Movin' 92.5) doing On-Air weekends / Street Team Leader. He then wanted to learn more in the programming side of the business and moved to Grand Forks, ND to eventually become Music Director / Imaging Director / Assistant Program Director for Top 40 CHR - KZGF (Z94.7). His Hobbies include researching new music, pop culture stories, and being active in social networking.
Ricky has an enormous passion for everything radio. He is quick to learn and adapt to new environments within the business whether it be in programming, promotions, or production. He loves to be around people, socialize, and have fun. He is always striving to challenge himself into learning more and achieving goals. His life goals include being in a Program Director position, Afternoon Drive or Middays On-Air. He loves working in programming whether it be creating imaging, voice over work, programming music/elements, or just putting together an overall efficient On-Air show.
Ricky is hungry for On-Air time and hopefully can become an asset for your radio station!
